Once current and desired states are selected in an assessment users are able to compare the results and identify maturity gaps. Users can then select from a comprehensive library of suggested improvements to close those governance gaps, or alternatively draft their own improvements that are more suited to the organisation’s culture or operating environment.
What are agreed actions?
One of the key objectives of using Governance Manager is building a well-governed organisation where governance is approached in a systematic and measured fashion. The improvements in Governance Manager are recommended actions provided with the intention that they be adopted to help your organisation work towards achieving its desired maturity level in a progressive and logical manner.
Established improvements should be underpinned by a concrete action plan assigning tasks and setting management metrics. By adopting, assigning and managing improvements using Governance Manager, organisations can ensure continuous improvement, and report on and demonstrate performance over periods of time.
