Upon completing an Assessment this article will show how to submit an Assessment.
These steps apply for both Assessment types:
- Maturity Gap Analysis
Upon completing an Assessment navigate back to the Assessment Overview page. On the Overview page, there is an option 'Submit Assessment', click on this option and Governance Manager will prompt a message to confirm your action. Submitted Assessment cannot be edited in the future. Furthermore, this button will only be enabled when Assessment is completed. Example below:
Maturity Gap Analysis
Before submitting an Assessment, as mentioned Governance Manager will prompt a message to confirm submission as after submitting, responses and details cannot be edited*.
*Note: IF in rare specific cases where Assessments must be edited, Assessment can be reopened to be edited however this requires action from the Primary Contact Holder / System Admin.
